ROOTED : een reeks voor vrouwen na de bevalling
This class focuses on strengthening the lower body and trunk (the feet, legs, glutes and core) alongside moderate stretching for the upper back, arms and shoulders. It is a slow-paced class that will give students the time and space to rebuild their posture and stability.
Many exercises feature resistance bands and stability balls.
Babies are welcome. Whether you come on your own or with your child, you can follow the whole series.
How long after birth can I join?
Postpartum is not just an acute phase that follows giving birth, it can also refer to a period of several years of recovery as the body rebuilds essemtial nutrient stores. Women from 6 weeks to 6 years after birth can all equally benefit from the classes.
