AIM OF THE COURSE
To provide students with a greater comprehension of physical alignment, biomechanics and functional anatomy
To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of yoga practices throughout history and how we have come to practice Modern Postural Yoga
To provide a greater comprehension of the therapeutic application of physical posture
To ensure quality of education through individual attention - we work with a maximum of 12 students per group
