Flip grip is a strong and highly technical yoga manoeuvre that can bring yoga practitioners into their deepest backbends. This full, revolved shoulder movement requires an extensive warmup, whether you are naturally flexible or not!
Our aim in this practice will be to improve the active range of motion in the shoulder. We will also look at how shoulder movements correspond to the pelvis in backbends.
