This workshop will explain the anatomy of backbending so that you can safely and confidently explore backbends at home. It is comprised of equal parts lecture and physical practice. Physically, it is a more demanding module. You should follow a minimum of 10 Posture Clinic or Heartcore classes prior to attending this workshop. That said, participation is at your own discretion, which means you are by no means required to attempt a backbend if you are not ready. The module is designed to provide the necessary tools to build up your practice in order to safely and successfully perform backbends.
