This course aims to educate women to work with their own energy and support themselves through the phases of their cycle. Here we look at fertility as a sign of good health, so the course is useful for every woman, whether or not she is trying to conceive. Athletes, busy working professionals and new moms alike will all find this relevant to their needs.
The lecture addresses diet, exercise and the adaptation of one’s daily routine to each phase. Side topics include herbs and other supportive remedies for symptoms and challenges (ex cramping). The physical practices focuses on yoga, mindfulness and tuning into your body.
